Con TangalakisPartner & CEO, Sinapse
Con leads Sinapse’s pharmaceutical advisory business and is responsible for the overall project deliverables on all our pharmaceutical projects. Con provides strategic advice and operational consultancy services to a range of branded pharmaceutical and generic companies. He founded Arrow Pharmaceuticals and in the role of Marketing Director, implemented many generic programs and product launches. He has over 21 years’ experience in the Australian pharmaceutical market.
Soula SklirosPartner, Sinapse
Soula manages our Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, Commercial and Not-for-Profit clients. She is the Practice Lead for our Trapiza Solution and Cloud Based Software applications. Soula’s industry experience spans pharmaceutical, consumer products, resources, financial services, distribution and automotive, with a focus on applications and systems. Her diverse skills encompass accounts, sales, CRM, systems integration and strategic consulting. As a partner at Sinapse, Soula’s focus is on key cloud based solutions and the delivery of key accounts globally.
Kos Sclavos AMSenior Health Strategist, Sinapse
Kos was the National President of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia from 2005 to 2013 and was the driving force behind many pharmaceutical industry initiatives including the Pharmacy of the Year, Quality Care Pharmacy Program, GuildCare and eRx. Kos led the negotiations for the Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement which led to many new remunerated pharmacy initiatives. Kos is currently on the board of Terry White Chemists and Epilepsy Qld Inc. In 2017 Kos was made a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia (AM).

Adam has strong relationships with decision makers across major banner and buying groups and has an intimate knowledge of pharmacy workflow and systems. Adam brings recent in market experience to the team and has developed various launch strategies across prescription and OTC molecules.
Kevin AbeyewardeneSenior Health Strategist, Sinapse
Kevin is an established Commercial Leader with broad experience across multiple functions including Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Innovation, Business Development and Analytics and across three countries. He has spent the last 11 years in the Pharma industry and has worked at Pfizer and CSL prior to joining Sinapse. Kevin has led large and small project teams and has had financial accountability for a portfolio of 30 products and has led projects that have had more than a billion USD in impact.
Paul OttavianoSenior Health Strategist, Sinapse
Paul has over 20 years-experience in Australian Pharmaceuticals. He has held many senior roles including Commercial Manager of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, regulatory affairs, Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager at Actavis. Paul was founder and Managing Director of Willow Pharmaceuticals which was subsequently sold to Actavis. He brings a wealth of commercial experience and strategic thinking to Sinapse, including brand development and product launch especially focused in the hospital and specialty sector.

Across a 20-year career in developing ICT solutions, Russell can demonstrate an exceptional track-record in solution development, program and project management and solution architecture. Branka GraovacSales Director, Sinapse
Branka has had over 25 years experience working in the Information Technology Sector both in the UK and Australia. She has worked with international IT organisations managing major clients for companies such as ICL, Fujitsu, KPMG, Bearing Point and SAP. With her extensive experience in hardware, software and services, Branka joined the Sinapse team 3 years ago and has successfully engaged across the business to develop clients both in existing and new industries.
Nader MitriPharmaPrograms Manager, PharmaPrograms
Nader leads the PharmaPrograms team, as well being a successful retail pharmacy owner, with over 14 years experience in retail pharmacy. Nader qualified as a Pharmacist in 2006, and is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Health Economics. He has been a Committee member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia – Victoria Branch since 2014, and has cultivated a strong network within the retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical sector. Nader brings a fresh and innovative perspective to the PharmaPrograms team along with extensive experience in operations, analytics and business development.
Nina SclavosProject Pharmacist, PharmaPrograms
Nina joined the PharmaPrograms team in December 2017. Nina graduated pharmacy with First Class Honours in 2015 but has worked in community pharmacy since 2010. Nina’s role at PharmaPrograms is to ensure community pharmacists are assisted with operational support in implementing the MCMP, as well as other PharmaPrograms initiatives. Nina is also able to use her industry expertise to provide practical solutions to pharmacy and prescriber queries.
Emilija BlagojevicProgram Administrator, PharmaPrograms
Emilija has been with PharmaPrograms for over 2 ½ years as a Program Administrator. During that time, she has been instrumental in the successful launch of many of our key Programs for clients including Lundbeck, Novo Nordisk and AbbVie. She leads the maintenance of our Program CRM and has a strong background in providing exceptional customer service. She is also currently studying for a Bachelor of Business Management Majoring in Organisational Psychology at Deakin University. As a Programs Administrator, Emilija acts as the ‘face’ of the company, providing telephone and email based support directly to pharmacies, patients and healthcare professionals.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the Contact Centre/CRM industry and has worked for large multi-national organisations in both Australia and overseas, including KPMG, Ernst and Young and Unisys ANZ, AMP, GSK, Australian Unity and Toyota.

Christine is an adept Business Analyst, with experience across a wide range of industries, including Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Government, Not-for-Profit, Mining and Education. Christine has been the lead Business Analyst on large scale client management systems and global pharmaceutical solutions, where she has managed the business requirements, supported the development teams, devised training material, conducted end user training and provided ongoing end user support.
Demitri RoussosBusiness Analyst, Sinapse
Demitri has worked on a number of key projects for clients including Vision Australia (Salesforce), TrackAgility and Celgene Canada. He recently graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science. Demitri provides critical support to a variety of Sinapse projects predominantly through writing test scripts, conducting system testing and liaising with developers. By focussing on managing, interpreting and writing business requirements, Demitri is ideally placed to ensure client requirements are fully realised.

Peter has been with Sinapse since 2008.
Tim MathewIT Support Consultant, Plenty of Parking
Tim is a Technology Support Specialist with great customer service and technical skills. Tim’s primary role is to coordinate new technical requirements and manage them from development to deployment. Tim monitors the Technology Service Desk for new requests and identifies any recurring issues early to coordinate fixes and improvements. Tim has been with Sinapse since early 2017.
William Marasigan Senior Developer, Simbyte
William Marasigan is Senior Software Engineer at Simbyte. Comfortably classified as a full stack/programming language agnostic developer with experience in business IT assessment, implementation, integration and support. His application knowledge includes industry standard bespoke applications as well Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP and Sharepoint. Much of his experience has been garnered from his involvement across the Telecommunications (Telstra, Vodafone, Optus, Exetel), Pharmaceutical (Celgene, Pfizer), Government (Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse) and Not-for-Profit (Diabetes NSW & ACT) industries.
